About Carmen Griffis
Carmen is a woman of faith, wife, and mother. She is originally from Vidalia, GA, but relocated to Waycross, GA over a decade ago.
In 2009, Carmen achieved her Bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University. Her impressive career in the healthcare sector spans a decade, encompassing roles in the ER, Women’s Health, and Adolescent Health. She has active RN and BSN licenses. In 2014, she furthered her education, earning a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Walden University. Later, she shared her expertise by teaching an online Pathophysiology course for two years with the University of Phoenix.
In 2019, Carmen embarked on a fresh journey, joining her father’s business, JM Allen Homes, as the Director of Marketing and Home Design. This experience ignited her passion for real estate, and she now eagerly assists clients in buying, selling, or building their dream homes, offering 5-star service throughout Southeast GA. Carmen’s outstanding contributions were recognized when she earned a place in the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence in 2022 and 2023. Then in 2024, she became a Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Life Member and was recognized by the Hinesville Board of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence for Top 20% Sales Volume.
When she isn’t working or at home with her family, Carmen finds joy in camping adventures with cherished friends and family and engaging in other activities that allow her to take in the beauty of the great outdoors.
