David Hicks

David joins us from Better Homes and Gardens Metro Brokers in Atlanta, GA. David is a licensed architect and a former firm owner. He and his wife also owned a Bed + Breakfast during their time in Atlanta.

As David’s family has deep roots in our community, Saint Simons has always been their special place for holidays and summer vacations. Eventually, they felt the island calling them to make it their home.

David is excited about offering the same level of service in the Golden Isles that he provided his Atlanta clientele. If you need a residential or commercial agent, David would love to help!
